Interview

School Admission Criteria:

• For Nursery and KG – I, students must have completed 3 years (for Nursery) and 4 years (for KG – I) by 31st March 2026. Parents are required to submit their child’s Birth Certificate, which must be issued by the Municipal Corporation, Municipality or Gram Panchayat. Birth certificates from hospitals will not be considered valid. Re-admission is mandatory for students moving from Nursery to KG -I.

• For Other Classes, admission is purely based on the availability of seats. Selection is determined by a merit list based on the results of the school’s admission test. Bridging fees for Classes VI, IX, and XI will be levied as per the fee structure set by the school.

2. Payment of Fees:

1. Admission Process:

• Once a student is selected, parents must pay the required fees within the specified period of time. Non-fulfilment would result in automatic cancellation of admission.

• The admission fee is non-refundable. If a student has withdrawn and re-admitted in future, a re-admission fee will be applicable.

3. Important Notice:

• Parents/guardians of newly admitted students must strictly adhere to this policy. If found at any stage that payment of any kind has been made in the name of donation, the student’s admission will be cancelled

Students transferring from a recognized school outside Madhya Pradesh due to their parent’s relocation to Jabalpur must provide a transfer certificate duly countersigned by the Competent Authority of the originating state. A transfer certificate without the required countersignature will not be considered valid.

Student Withdrawal from School :-

1. A parent seeking to withdraw their child from the school must submit an application for withdrawal along with a request for a Transfer Certificate.

2. If the withdrawal occurs during the academic session, the parent must provide one month’s notice or pay one month’s fees in lieu of the notice.

1. Computer Fee Rs 2400/- Payable Monthly @ 200 PM

2. Annual Fee Rs 1500/- Payable in July
