School Admission Criteria:

1. Admission Process:
   • For Nursery and KG – I, students must have completed 3 years (for Nursery) and 4 years (for KG – I) by 31^st March 2025. Parents are required to submit their child’s Birth Certificate, which must be issued by the Municipal Corporation, Municipality or Gram Panchayat. Birth certificates from hospitals will not be considered valid. Re-admission is mandatory for students moving from Nursery to KG -I.
   • For Other Classes, admission is purely based on the availability of seats. Selection is determined by a merit list based on the results of the school’s admission test. Bridging fees for Classes VI, IX, and XI will be levied as per the fee structure set by the school.

2. Payment of Fees:

• • Once a student is selected, parents must pay the required fees within the specified period of time. Non-fulfilment would result in automatic cancellation of admission.
  • The admission fee is non-refundable. If a student has withdrawn and re-admitted in future, a re-admission fee will be applicable.

3. Important Notice:

• • Parents/guardians of newly admitted students must strictly adhere to this policy. If found at any stage that payment of any kind has been made in the name of donation, the student’s admission will be cancelled.

• 1.  A copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Transfer Certificate (Original) of previous school
  3. DISE Code of previous school.
  4. Permanent Education Number (PEN) from previous school
  5. A copy of Report Card / Mark sheet of previous class attended
  6. Samagra Id Photocopy for resident of M P
  7. Aadhar Card Photocopy of the student.
  8. Caste Certificate for ST/SC/ OBC candidates
  9. A copy of the front page of Student / Parent’s Bank Passbook
  10. Blood Group
  11. Passport size Photograph
  12. Aadhar Card Photocopy (Mother + Father)

Validity of Transfer Certificate from Another State

Students transferring from a recognized school outside Madhya Pradesh due to their parent’s relocation to Jabalpur must provide a transfer certificate duly countersigned by the Competent Authority of the originating state. A transfer certificate without the required countersignature will not be considered valid.
