Admission to fresh student is granted in Nursery and KGI, Prior to seeking admission to the school, it will be necessary to have the name of the student registered with the school office. Admission to this class will granted following a discussion with the parent of the child. Re-admission is to be taken from Nursery to KG I.

Admission to other classes is granted in transfer cases against the vacancies arising out of the transfer cases. Students thus coming on transfer have to take an admission test prior to their admittance to the school.

Admission to the school will be confirmed on the following conditions:

  1. The parent must submit the Birth Certificate of the Child, if the child is seeking admission to Nursery and KG I. This Birth Certificate must be issued by the City Corporation / Municipality / Grampanchayat. A birth certificate issued by a hospital where the child was born will not be deemed valid.
  2. Once the student is selected for admission to the school according to the procedure laid down, the parent will have to pay the various dues required to be paid at the time of admission, within the period specified by the school. Failure to comply with this condition will automatically make the admission null and void.
  3. Admission in other classes will be granted: According to the number of vacancies existing in different classes.
  4. On the basis of the merit list drawn up following the admission test conducted by the school.
  5. Admission fee is payable after being granted admission and in no case will this be refunded. If a child is withdrawn and readmitted for whatever cause, readmission free will be charged.
  6. Important Note: Parents / Guardians of newly admitted students are cautioned to pay particular attention to this notice. If at any stage it is discovered that there has been any overt or covert payment of money in the name of donation, the admission of the student will be cancelled.
  7. Bridging fees to classes VI, IX & XI will be applicable as per fees scheduled from time to time.

Leaving the School

  1. A parent requiring the withdrawal of his child to make an application for such withdrawal and for the Transfer Certificate.
  2. Withdrawal of the child from the school will require the parent to give a calendar month’s notice, if this is done during the academic session of remit one month’s fees in lieu of the notice.

Validity of Transfer Certificate from another state:

Students who were being educated at a recognized school outside the state of Madhya Pradesh and who desirous of seeking admission to this school, owing to the transfer of their parent to Jabalpur, will be required to produce the transfer certificate duly countersigned by the Competent Authority of the State from where they are coming. If Such a transfer certificate is not counter signed by the authority specified above, it will not be considered valid.
